If you have been following than you know that I have started to run. You can read my first blog post about how I started running here. I am now onto week two and am still going strong.
I believe this week I took two days off out of the seven days and actually felt bad that I took 2 off. I guess that means I am starting to get into the mindset of running. Yay!
I am currently away at my boyfriends house so I figured I wouldn’t actually run like I had planned. But I have been running every morning. I wake up and eat and banana, drink a glass of water and head out the door.
This was my running plan for week two
Walk for five minutes to start, then jog for two minutes. Repeat three times. Repeat this five days a week.
I made it past week two. I ran five of the seven days. Sometimes I even pushed myself to run more than three intervals.
I told myself that if I continue running and make it through another week than I will give myself some sort of reward like McDonalds breakfast. I know that sounds bad. But you can not deprive yourself of things. You need to do what makes you happy. Just remember, everything in moderation.
