I just purchased a jump rope because I enjoyed it when I was younger and thought it would be a fun way to get some exercise. You can find a skipping rope for under $10, I purchased one with removable weights in it to give me more of a workout. I am going to start skipping for 3 minutes, rest for a minute and then repeat it 5 times
