I’ve been using Palmer’s Cocoa Butter since my early teen years. I apply it all over my body at least once per day, it’s my favourite moisturizer. Over the years Palmers’ has come out with several other body care products and everyone that I’ve tried I’ve liked.
Palmers recently came out with a cleansing oil for the face. I’ve never used a cleansing oil before this because they just seem like more work than a regular cleanser. I decided to give the Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Cleansing Oil a go and was pleasantly surprised.

I’ve had tangle-prone hair for as long as I can remember. When I was child I used to scream when my hair was being brushed out. This was before they had all the fancy detangling sprays and brushes. We even used that L’Oreal Kids shampoo that was suppose to...

This blog seems to be turning into a hair product blog. I’m obsessed with hair products and enjoy trying new ones. I previously reviewed the Lisap Easy Build Hair Reconstruction System on my blog and was recently sent some of the Lisap Summer Care Hair and Body...

I was sent the TRESemmé Beauty-Full Volume Line a while ago from TRESemmé Canada. I wasn’t asked to review it or anything but kinda wanted to share my thoughts about it with you. I’ve seen so many good reviews about it online and I didn’t have the same experience with it as others did.

I can’t remember how or why I tried the Clairol Hair Food Moisturizing Hair Mask. I think that someone recommended it to me. I know I didn’t buy it “just because”. I’m just glad I discovered it, I think I’ve been through 10 bottles since.
The Clairol Hair Food Moisturizing Hair Mask is inspired by pampering and relaxing ingredients known to hydrate and condition the hair. It’s paraben free, mineral oil free and made in Thailand.

I shave every single day and have always been intrigued by the idea of laser hair removal. It’s probably something in the back of every girl’s mind. Who wants to waste their time shaving every single day?
Life is too short to waste it shaving.
I was given the opportunity to try laser hair removal at NuAge Laser in Vancouver. I was ecstatic to learn more about the procedure and see how it all worked.

Riversol is a local Vancouver skin care company founded by Dr. Jason Rivers, a board certified dermatologist. He developed his line with sensitive skin in mind, which I have. Dr. Rivers found that a lot of the products on the market for sensitive skin contained irritating ingredients that actually aggravated sensitive skin. I totally agree with Dr. Rivers as a lot of skincare products that claim to be for sensitive skin irritate my skin.

I qualified for another VoxBox from Influenster and it was for more hair care products from L’Oreal. Last spring I had been sent the Fibralogy Line and didn’t really like it and I still have the half used bottles under the vanity. This time I was sent three products from L’Oreal’s Advanced Haircare Extraordinary Oil line. I didn’t have high hopes for them as I’ve never been fond of L’Oreal hair products. But I was pleasantly surprised by this line. 🙂

I’m one of those people that has to eat breakfast every morning. I’m not really on a time crunch like some people for making breakfast as I work from home. I’ve been looking for healthy breakfast ideas for awhile and have finally found one that I...

The It’s a 10 Miracle Leave-In Product is a highly raved about product. It took me along time to bring myself to purchase it because it retails for $18 for a 4 ounce bottle. I think I found it on sale or used a coupon when I originally purchased it. Then I received the It’s a 10 Miracle Leave-In for Blondes in a goodie bag from an Ulta purchase. So that is why I own both.
